I doubt anyone is trying to parse the output of net.inet.tcp.hostcache.list, so
it could be removed.  At some point the spare fields in struct tcpcb could be
removed, too.  There are still a lot of padding bytes left at the end of the
struct, though, so there's no real hurry to reclaim space which would
potentially break the ABI for modules using struct tcpcb.
