Won't install
>Description:
sysinstall 'hangs' part way through the bin distribution when installing 3.1-RELEASE from an FTP server on an ethernet LAN. The network card is an old ISA NE2000 compatible. The FTP server is war-ftpd running on a win98 machine. The same setup works fine for 3.0-RELEASE and below.

When sysinstall hangs, CTRL-C will interrupt it giving a message like "write fail: wrote -1 of 1024 bytes" (The disk is NOT full). sysinstall hangs at a different point through 'bin' each time I try.
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to re-install over FTP.
>Fix:
Install directly from a CD
