How do you feel about adding something like "You are committing to the master
<src,ports,...> repository, be sure you mean to do this, and that you are
committing to an open branch" except in caps and less incoherent to the
rcstemplate?  OpenBSD does something vaguely similar, and this would also
be a good reminder inre which repo, now that we have many.
