heya
i was wondering if this was possible :

say i have a 10mbit/s link to the internet
and i co-host a box right,
and both my computer and the box i am co-locating have a 10mb network
card, is there anyway of making it so it will only transfer data to
the other computer at like 500kbits or something ???
is there a way of limiting the bandwith that goes through the network
to a certain computers ???

thanks heaps
Justin
