I have a choice between an Adaptec 3200 (BSDI's recommendation) or a Mylex 352. On paper, the Mylex looks better. I also can't quite tell from Mike's page or Adaptec's site where the the driver came from for this card. Adaptec claims FreeBSD support, but don't really mention to what extent. I believe the Adaptec has a management interface, which is essential in my case as the box is at a remote location (If a drive fails in the middle of a forest...). I don't believe there is a management app for that particular Mylex card. If anyone can clarify any of these points, it would be much appreciated. thanks, Charles | Charles Sprickman | Internet Channel | INCH System Administration Team | (212)243-5200 | spork@inch.com | access@inch.com On Thu, 11 Jan 2001, Chris Faulhaber wrote: > On Thu, Jan 11, 2001 at 12:55:47PM -0500, Charles Sprickman wrote: > > > > My question is this...
