>Description:

The vendor's code is compiled/linked statically -- presumably,
because of the rpm's importance on Linux systems. Yet the port
records two dependencies (through LIB_DEPENDS) -- popt and
	gettext.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Install the port. Then:

		file ${LOCALBASE}/bin/rpm

>Fix:

Probably, the port needs patching to build dynamicly, just
like everything else. Otherwise, at the least, the dependencies
	should not be recorded.
