No - the fxp driver supports vlan natively now, all that is needed
is for the user to add 'options VLAN' to their kernel build. The
module is already built with vlan support enabled (MFC to -stable
in a few minutes). The user should never see the 'LONG_PKT_EN' flag,
which the 82557 does not support anyway.
