But, I don't think anyone's suggested it and it might help. Maybe your loopback address could be useful in keeping the session open? like I said, I'm a newbie, so I'm not sure how... Maybe some "stateful" packet forwarding, or some sort of tee, or something.... Or maybe it won't. Anyways, Good luck....
