Ok, I've been sorta following the avalanche of commits by Satoshi and others but still I am not clear on where stuff should go. I would like to fix the p5-DBI dependency tree but the breakage is arbitrary because the location of .pm's is not specified; where should they go? Point me to the message that laid this all out...?
