I got this error during a 'make -j 3 buildworld' and was lucky enough to
catch it before the system rebooted:

mode = 120755
inum = 2047668	fs = /usr
panic: ffs_valloc: dup alloc

syncing disks 23 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2
giving up on 2 buffers

Is this an indication my filesystem is going bad?
