Dear lord, that would be a piece of work. I'm not a Guru of FreeBSD,
but just out of curiosity, did you clean out /usr/obj before
building? If not, try that before anything else more drastic:

# cd /usr/obj
# chflags -R noschg *
# rm -rf *
