There's a *daily* security check on installed ports if you install ports-mgmt/portaudit If you really want a weekly rather than a daily report, you could adapt ${LOCALBASE}/etc/periodic/security/410.portaudit into ${LOCALBASE}/etc/periodic/weekly/410.portaudit pretty easily.
