I've expirienced poor network performance when it was plugged into 10mbps NetGear 816 hub. It unable to detect speed and duplex state. When I've plugged it into Cisco Catalyst 3548 with 100Mbps the NIC detects speed and duplex state correctly and works fine. Sincerely, Maxim M.
