Using IPFW2

ipfw -d list shoud show the rules in use but NOT the counter values.
No counters are shown for the static rules, but the counters
are shown for the dynamic rules.

According the the man page the counters should only been shown
when using the -a option or using the 'show' command.

  ipfw -d list
