Well, while the cert is expired, it is not related to my problem. Sorry
for the noise.

I am trying to install pkg in a newly created jail and it just hangs.
From the host "pkg bootstrap -f" works fine, but from within the jail
it just hangs. I also tried "pkg --debug -j web bootstrap -f" from the
host (web is the jail) and it also hangs without displaying any debug info=
.

Both the host and the host and the jail are newly created and are
running 12.1.p2

Any suggestions or ideas as to how to debug this?

David
