try setting
sysctl hw.ata.atapi_dma=1

but the hard drive will propably still go to UDMA33
because the slowest drive that sets the speed for the
rest of the drives.

I'm going to say it anyway: remove the cdrom.
You can't have UDMA/66 and UDMA/33 on the same cable at the same time.
