My recent patch just added the pkgconfig file to the audio/streamtuner's packing list, so it couldn't fix that problem. Building audio/streamtuner-live365 works fine on this 4.8 system. The failing line in Kris's log is: checking for streamtuner >=3D 0.9.0... gnome-config: not found Weird, as the autoconf macro used is AM_PATH_PKG (see in m4/pkg.m4): I've coded that macro myself, and it does not need gnome-config.
