CPU usage = 0%, and not sure if this is a deadlock. /mnt partition may be corrupted during the failure. Replace motherther board with a single core P4, and not problem at all. /mnt can be one of those disk drive, and /data can be any another dirve. 6.3 works fine on both phenom 9600 and P4 based systems. So, is this related to phenom TLB hardware bug, or this is 7.0 specific problem? -Jin
