Things that install during the build cycle are verbotten.  Please disable
this port until at least that issue is dealt with.  Portlint warnings might
be on the fringe of what's considered general acceptable in a port but
touching anything outside of ${WRKDIR} during the build phase is never
acceptable at all and there are no exceptions to this rule.
