I still have this same problem with 4.2-STABLE and 5.0-CURRENT on a Sony
Vaio PCG-XG18 laptop with a Yamaha DS-1E (YMF744) chipset. It happens
with all linux sound applications (such as realplayer etc.) and is only
noticable to me when playing like videos which require the voice and
audio to be in sync. It is horribly noticable than. I do not have this
problem with my home system on 4.2-STABLE with a SoundBlaster 16PCI
(ES1371).
