It'd be really great if (at some point) you could document this feature
and the new sysctl variables it introduces in the tcp(4) manpage.  There
are probably lots of folks on the doc@ list who could help if you'd
like.

(I know you're still working on it.  That's why I wrote "at some point"
above.)
