Sorry if this is the wrong place to send this.  If it is, please let me
know where I can send this.

So I upgraded to -stable last week, and have started having problems such
as the one you see below.  Aside from the fact that the error message from
newsyslog is next to worthless, I have a hunch that this is due to a
particular class in login.conf that root crontab jobs run under.  What
class would this be?  How would I determine that?  I'm also seeing "out of
memory" errors when I reboot right when it goes to fsck a 4 gig disk.
Again, my suspician is login.conf restrictions.  Any ideas?
