Ok, first answer, look at the FAQ -->

Second one -->
There are 3 ways
1. The best --> install Xwrapper from the ports
2. Install kdm, gdm, xdm depends on what kind of X you are using (graphical
login, no more "startx")
2. Set setuid bit to Xfree86 (bad, bad boy)
