They promise a three to five day turn around in Europe. They make
no promises about the data however. In fact they even threatened
to reformat the harddrive with no warning. I need the keyboard
replaced as a number of keys are no longer functioning, and they
say they need to be able to run windows 98 in order to test it.
It took a good two hours on the phone to them just to get them to
take down instructions of how to get through the F1/dos, F2/BSD
prompt, so that there's less chance that they need to destroy my
data! :(
