(1) The FAQ says nothing about EIDE drives. Are they supported?
(2) What's the status of IDE cdrom drives? I've heard the driver is
in beta, how soon can it join the tree? It is needed badly, if
you don't believe me, just hang around the irc channel #freebsd
for one evening and explain to every newbie and potential Linux-
converts why IDE is not supported.... ;)
