Your /var filesystem is almost 100% full.

It's not very bad, but it definitely slows things down.  The
filesystem still works, but things will be slow when accessing it to
write new stuff.

You should definitely limit squid from filling up the entire /var
filesystem.  There are a ton of other programs that will want to use
/var too and having a single squid caching proxy fill it near 100% is
not a very good idea.
