Exactly.  See www.cz.freebsd.org as an example of something it would
be nice to see more of.

OK, thanks, I was just trying to make sure I wasn't dealing with a
divergent effort or something. :)

Great!  I thing questions still remain, however, as to how the make
rules will work so that you can do:

	cvs co -P www
	cd www/data
	make all install LANG=ja_JP.EUC

in order to build the top page for www.jp.freebsd.org and it was this
