I just checked headhunter.net and I saw no listings like that, in fact I don't even see Microsoft listed as a corporation in their Search By Company listing. Microsoft's own website only shows one listing for someone in California that they need FreeBSD experience for. Don't forget that Microsoft did announce that they were going to port Office to MacOS X - it would seem the smart thing to advertise for FreeBSD programmers for this rather than MacOS programmers I would think.
