Subject: Anybody know what this one means? "/kernel: rl0: no memory for tx list"

I get a lot of these sporatically:

Jul 7 03:28:53 radio /kernel: rl0: no memory for tx list
Jul 7 03:29:24 radio last message repeated 145 times

Sounds like the NIC driver running out of memory for a short
while... the machine has 128M, and is only lightly loaded...
so it seems highly unlikely that there is a real memory
issue...

FreeBSD radio.uindy.edu 4.0-STABLE FreeBSD 4.0-STABLE #2:
Wed Jun 28 07:43:15 EST 2000

Also.. other than these annoying messages... the NIC appears to
be functioning correctly...

Any thoughts or recommendations welcome!

thanks,
-steve
