Actually the ISOs are on ftp.freebsd.org (at least some of them)
already.

RELENG_4_6 was tagged on June 6.

I *think* if you cvsup with that tag, you'll get 4.6-RELEASE; but
if you cvsup with the RELENG_4 tag, you'll get 4.5-RC. Still.

This is different from the way things were before there was a
"security branch" for each release.

Nevertheless, the RELENG_4 tag should, as far as I know, get you
the most recent -STABLE along the 4 branch.  I assume that's still
true, but perhaps that has changed.  It is a puzzle.
