This seems easy enough to understand. Since mailwrapper is not suid,
if you expect to be able to run it as an ordinary user, mailer.conf
had better be world readable.

Since the default and what is in your mailer.conf are the same, you're
not noticing that this is a problem, but it isn't the right way to
configure things and you'll inevitably get log messages.
