I've tried setting the PKG_PATH variable to 
ftp5.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-stable, but when portupgrade 
-aP looks for packages, it looks in 
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4.6-stable which doesnt 
exist.  How can I set this so that it looks in packages-stable?
