They are listed in /usr/src/sys/conf/NOTES:

options 	IPFILTER		#ipfilter support
options 	IPFILTER_LOG		#ipfilter logging
options 	IPFILTER_LOOKUP		#ipfilter pools
options 	IPFILTER_DEFAULT_BLOCK	#block all packets by default
