            Bug ID: 198445
Summary: make package-recursive rebuilds things that are
                    already packaged
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Ports Framework
          Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: wynkoop@wynn.com
                CC: portmgr@FreeBSD.org

In 10.1 and 11-current make package-recursive rebuilds and repackages software
that has already been built, installed, and packaged previously.

There should be a check to see if the package already exists in
/usr/ports/packages/All and if it does that pre-req should not be rebuilt
again.
