By the way,

I'm coming to think that this may be a good manner to respect the
original authors' intention or suggestion (on the best flags they have
found, etc.), apart from the inevitable (GNU'ish) blindly added -O2.

Anyway, I'll try harder to balance each author's style with ports
style. :)
