"IntelĀ® Ethernet Controller X710/XXV710/XL710 Feature Support Matrix"
don't show support 100Mb link for any sw release for X710/XL710.

"IntelĀ® Ethernet Connection X722 Feature Support Matrix" don't have
string "100"
