Is this for a man page or book or article?

Mailing list threads can make it hard to track suggestions.  Posting a 
diff to phabricator can actually be better, with all the suggestions in 
one place.  Or maybe one doc person can help with an initial version 
first, and then put it on phabricator for review.

But first, let's find out which kind of document.
