The individual ports collections are enumerated (commented out) in 
/usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile 
and haven't been updated recently.  
At least the base and palm collections are missing.

Look at the file, compare to directory listing in /usr/ports

    #ports-base
    #ports-palm
to the file
