You don't need one.

That isn't a dependency of gtk12 that I can see. Must be an old one
sitting around. Have you done a 'make clean' in the gtk12 port
directory since last failed build?

The one I was looking at was,

  /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/gtk12/work/gtk+-1.2.10/config.log
