 *   Modified:    russian/netscape.language  Makefile

I just took a look at this file and almost threw up my coke! Andrey,
please do NOT rewrite the "regular" targets! There are "do-*" targets
and "pre-*" targets and many others that are described in the ports
handbook!

I have no idea what you are trying to do here, but in general, you
shouldn't have to define targets like "install" and "configure" in
your Makefile. If you still do, there is something wrong in
bsd.port.mk so please get back to me.

russian/X.language has the same problem too. Please, take a look at
the handbook, I've spent a lot of time describing all the things you
can do and SHOULDN'T do in the ports Makefiles. ;)

Satoshi
