date >> /var/log/file.log in apache start rc-script 
(/usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache) and viewed after system reboot

# cat /var/log/file.log
Fri Feb  1 12:21:50 MSK 2008
Fri Feb  1 12:21:51 MSK 2008
