there is supposedly commerical support from Zeitnet for FreeBSD.

there are various projects working on writing ATM card support
for FreeBSD, the real work needed is getting industry standard
(pause for laughter over the thought of industry standards for ATM
to stop) protocol stacks to be written for these drivers.

If you want something to work with other hardware / OSes, talk
to Zeitnet. If you are interested in research for ATM on FreeBSD
subscribe to freebsd-atm using majordomo@freebsd.org.
