           Product: Base System
           Version: 11.0-CURRENT
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any

This might be related to
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=194974, but it's a different
panic message, so I opened a new PR. I figure the awesome power of bugzilla
will let you chain PRs together if needed.

Run "lsof -i" and CPU usage starts to climb. In 15-30 seconds I get a panic. I
haven't done this for a while, so let me know if I kgdb'd wrong or you want
more info.
