I for one am not your on-call Tech Support person that is going to throw my time away sitting waiting with baited breath for a question to show up on an IRC channel or a chat module on a website whenever it's convenient for _you_ to post one. The store-and-forward mechanism of e-mail makes it so that I can answer questions when it's convenient for _me_. If you really need answers straight away then there's phone tech support available for FreeBSD for a fee.
