I used to use FreeBSD with an All-in-wonder [Pro], and it worked fine.  I
believe XFree86 4.1.0 will support the AIW Radeon just fine.  You may want
to check http://www.xfree86.org to be sure.  I know you won't get Radeon
support in XFree 3.3.6.
