I have noted however that 1/3 motherboards works without a hitch. The two that do not work are the Tyan 16xx and some generic MB which the manual calls a "MB-8500TUC-A ver.3.1" I cannot get either to function with SMC 10/100 or 3Com 595 10/100 card.
