I didn't know the default behaviour. from manpage: " By default portmaster will first recurse through the port to update, and all of its dependencies (if any) to handle any port OPTIONS via the 'make config' interface. It will then start building all ports that need updating." So it sound like portmaster will do nothing, if specified port has no newer version. Isn't it meant for -a switch? It will be better if there will be something like: "By default portmaster always rebuild specified (named?) port even if there is no newer version available" "-f always rebuild ports dependencies (overrides -i)" I am not a native english speaker...
