Thank you guys! I knew about dmesg -a, but it
slipped my mind somehow...
And now I went to /etc/syslog.conf, uncommented
"console.info /var/log/console.log", touched
console.log, chmodded it to 600, rebooted and
console is being constantly dumped.

So both your suggestions worked, thanx!
