No. 4.x-STABLE will probably come around 4.2-RELEASE. It may come some time
after 4.1-RELEASE but not before. Of course, this is just a prediction.

It will send out the latest code into the world, hoping that the reports on
its bugginess (or lack thereof) will inform developers on whether it's time
to move to 4.x-STABLE.
