I still prefer to use mn (or nmh) for small quantities of mail. The
only compatible program I've found is exmh, which seems to be getting
more and more disagreeable over time.

I want to be able to operate entirely from the keyboard, have my mail
sorted into directories and threaded, and be able to use either command
line mh or the client-to-be-found.
